Xavier is a stylish private property part of a three villa estate in the area of Agios Ioannis. Its southwestern location allows for easy access to some of the most sought-after beaches on the island along with Mykonos Town while the elevated location of the villa itself grants views over the bay of Agios Ioannis, the entrance of Ornos bay and the neighbouring islands.
The property was re-designed by famous architect Javier Barba, who’s touch is evident from the moment one steps through the entrance gate and is welcomed by a typical Spanish courtyard. The outdoor areas were all conceived to host guests in the most comfortable way, be it dining under the pergola, sitting at the bar or bathing in the sun by the infinity pool - all in a fully equipped setting.
A fresh and modern taste is displayed throughout the indoor spaces, where original artwork, imported furniture and sophisticated fittings reign supreme. The main kitchen and the living room find space on the entrance floor whereas the bedrooms are mainly on the lower level, exception made for the master bedroom which takes up all the first floor.
