Fenice is the embodiment of what comfort meets luxury should look like for a summer island residence. Following a complete renovation in 2020, Fenice placed itself on the map among the top villas in the northern side of Mykonos. There is just something very relaxing about having a view that includes all the natural elements of the island - sea, sand, vegetation and bare rock. Vicinity to Panormos also a plus both for a quick swim or a full on beach day at the famous Principote beach club. An experience from the past is also just up the street with Agios Sostis beach - the last natural beach on the island - just a 5 minute drive away.
Outdoors are a focal point of your everyday villa experience. The front terrace is generous not only in terms of space but also in appealing to any mood you might be in. The large private pool is perfect to cool off during the day or for more intimate dips at night. Be lazy and work on your tan poolside or wind down under the pergola. Your inviting al-fresco dining table is there to regroup (and recoup) at any time of the day. A meal is the perfect setting to decide your next move, plan out your day or night.
The fully air-conditioned indoor spaces have a fresh and trendy vibe. The popular pseudo-nomad interior design blends perfectly with more traditional elements. All en-suite and all sea view bedrooms mean luxury is spread evenly among all guests. Added privacy is granted from the independent access designed for most of the villa's bedrooms.
