Cantera Mykonos

The inspiration for the Cantera project comes from the eclectic idea that the partners have decided to propose, starting from the name Cantera which comes from the Spanish word for quarry, to the fusion between the tradition of Japanese cuisine and the unmistakable flavor of meat. Located on the seashore of the famous Little Venice and overlooking the historical Windmills and the magical mykonian sunset.
